Swoosh House

Swoosh House is a light and airy addition to an early 1900’s sandstone villa, named aptly after the external Nike Swoosh profile formed by its sweeping inverted roof truss. Designed for a young athletic family, the brief requested large light filled volumes and maximum connectivity to outside living areas. Boston Oak is featured prominently as a consistent finish throughout all internal spaces, and externally as laminate on versaboard to the outdoor kitchen and bench seat flanking the alfresco.
