Roseville House

Located along a tree-lined street in Roseville, this major alterations and additions to a Californian Bungalow aim to provide the perfect family home for modern-day living. The renovations include the reconfiguration of the existing residence for open-plan living. The proposal aims to improve the thermal performance of the dwelling by adding a large void, with an atrium equipped with retractable louvres to allow for the northerly aspect to reach the living areas.
