Midtown Centre

Midtown Centre seamlessly combines two outdated buildings, creating a single 26 storey commercial office tower. The creation of a new internal, publicly accessible link through the site on the ground floor plane, between Mary and Charlotte Street, offers street presence and permeability. Prime Oak Woodmatt was used throughout the welcoming ground floor lobby space.
