Level 1, 45 Chandos Street

Team2 Architects seized the opportunity to create a sustainable, welcoming, and inspiring studio in St Leonards. Natural daylight, cross ventilation, and a circadian rhythm LED lighting system were integrated to prioritise health. The layout cleverly worked around obstacles like the lift core, concealed with elegant polytec joinery. Prime Oak Woodmatt finish added elegance, while storage areas strategically placed catered to various needs.
